This year marks the 39th running of the Roberts Jersey Rally!
The rally ran over 2 days across the 7th and 8th of October, consisting of 4 stages run on the Friday afternoon, and evening in the dark, plus 4 stages on the Saturday morning and afternoon. Each stage was run several times across the 2 days, providing up to 107 stage miles and 130 road miles!
This event is one of the few road-closed events to happen in the UK motorsport calendar, making for a very exciting weekend for all involved.
We would like to say a huge congratulations to Diamondbrite sponsees Dale Crowsley (also the owner of Forest Road Garage on Guernsey) and his co-driver Steve Gully for their incredible performance across the weekend. After overcoming some technical issues, the guys dug-in in their Mark 2 Escort, finishing 5th out of 88 starters, which is an awesome result! Well done chaps!
