EXCELR8 aims to shine with new multi-year Diamondbrite partnership

EXCELR8 Motorsport can today confirm an exciting new multi-year partnership with award-winning car care experts Diamondbrite that will come into effect for the 2023 season.

The new partnership will run across EXCELR8’s multiple race programmes, which include its defence of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship and a multi-car assault on the Vertu Motors MINI CHALLENGE, and will see Diamondbrite products used exclusively by the team both on and off track.

Diamondbrite is best known for its Paint and Interior Protection Systems, which helps to keep vehicles looking as good as they did when they rolled out of the showroom.

The unique systems offer unrivalled protection against the elements on the exterior of the car by creating a special protective skin on the paintwork, whilst an invisible resin-based material protects interior fabrics against any spills.

Diamondbrite also offers a full range of car care products that include – amongst others – non-acidic wheel cleaners, carpet cleaners and shampoos, whilst a wide selection of products are available for the leisure market.

As well as offering products direct to private motorists, Diamondbrite is used extensively across the wider motor industry, with EXCELR8 team partner Bristol Street Motors amongst those to offer the service to its customers.

The new partnership with EXCELR8 Motorsport is an expansion of Diamondbrite’s existing involvement in the BTCC paddock and will allow the Suffolk-based team to benefit from more than 30 years of experience – and industry-leading technology – to maintain the highest of standards during the season ahead.

Lance Boseley, Diamondbrite Marketing Director, said:
“We were eager to expand our involvement in the BTCC this season, and EXCELR8 was the logical choice. From a sporting perspective, the team is hugely successful on-track in both the BTCC and elsewhere, but it is also the ideal partner in commercial terms thanks to our shared relationship with the Vertu Motors Group and its various brands, which include Bristol Street Motors.

“Watching from afar, we’ve been able to see how well run and progressional EXCELR8 is as a team, but one thing that has been clear to see from our discussions with Justina is the attention to detail that goes into the racing programme. That really sets the team apart, and it will be great to see Diamondbrite products being used to help the team maintain the high levels of presentation that it is known for.

“For us, this deal is about way more than just stickers on a race car and working with EXCELR8 across multiple programmes will not only allow us to increase awareness of our products, but also maximise the hospitality and commercial opportunities to benefit us as a business.”

Justina Williams, EXCELR8 Motorsport Team Owner, said:
“We are delighted to confirm our new partnership with Diamondbrite for the next two seasons. As a team, we put a huge amount of work into our presentation to enable us to represent our commercial partners in the best way possible and working with Diamondbrite will allow us to continue doing that at a high level.

“There are obvious synergies that come from the fact that both Diamondbrite and ourselves have strong relationships with Bristol Street Motors and it is exciting to have the opportunity to now work together to maximise our partnership going forwards.”
