Volkswagen Racing and Diamondbrite are pleased to announce a renewed partnership which will see the leaders in paint protection continue to play a starring role in the Volkswagen Racing programme. Most notably in the UK’s best-supported saloon car championship, the Milltek Sport Volkswagen Racing Cup.

The partnership has brought with it a myriad of benefits for Diamondbrite; a family business that has gone from strength to strength in over 30 years of operation. Both its market leading Trade and Retail Car Care product lines are distributed to over 160 countries from its factory in Loughborough, and keeps the fleet of Volkswagen Racing transporters and hospitality units looking stunning as they travel from circuit to circuit. Said Diamondbrite’s UK business development manager Ian Rigby (Pictured Left): “This partnership is fantastic for us and will undoubtedly continue to prove hugely beneficial. It raises the profile of the company and our brand, particularly within Volkswagen Audi Group.

“When we announced our collaboration with the Volkswagen Racing Programme almost a year ago it was our first step into motorsport and we see it as a springboard to the rest of the motorsport world.

“The partnership has opened doors for us to the Volkswagen dealer network with Parkway Volkswagen Group the first to sign up to Diamondbrite paint protection and many more having followed suit.

“Our strong and growing relationship with the dealer network is something we take great pride in, just as we do in our relationship with Volkswagen Racing.”
Added Volkswagen Racing technical director Matt Walker (Pictured Right): “Working with a premium car brand like Diamondbrite completes our portfolio of distinguished sponsors and reflects the strength of the Volkswagen Racing programme. It’s really exciting to continue this partnership with a company that is at the forefront of the vehicle paint and fabric protection industry.”

With the announcement of the renewed partnership came the unveiling of a very special Volkswagen Golf R which sports a livery that showcases the effectiveness of Diamondbrite paint protection like never before.

It was on display at the inaugural London Motor Show in Battersea which was on the 5-8 May and will be on show throughout the year at Volkswagen Racing Cup weekends as well as numerous automotive events.

Rigby enthused: “The livery really stands out. It couldn’t look any better and clearly demonstrates why there is no better paint protection on the market than Diamondbrite.
“You can clearly see the difference between the car when it has been treated with our product and when it has not, and what’s more, like any vehicle treated with Diamondbrite, it will never need to be polished!”

During the Diamondbrite Fabric Protection process each fibre is coated with an invisible resin based material. After treatment your fabric will be guaranteed against normal everyday spills and stains.
