EXCELR8 AND DIAMONDBRITE TARGET 2025 SUCCESS

EXCELR8 will continue to chase success in the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship with the backing of Diamondbrite after the partnership between the two parties was extended into a third season.

EXCELR8, which operates its BTCC programme from a specialist workshop in Droitwich, first joined forces with Diamondbrite ahead of the 2023 season with the partnership covering both the four-car BTCC team as well as a multi-car assault on both classes of the Vertu MINI CHALLENGE.

On track, the partnership has enjoyed huge success, with Tom Ingram taking second spot in the BTCC standings in each of the last two seasons and EXCELR8 scoring back-to-back MINI CHALLENGE JCW titles with Dan Zelos.

Going into the 2025 season, EXCELR8 has already strengthened its BTCC line-up with multiple race winner Adam Morgan joining forces with Ingram and Tom Chilton at the wheel of the potent Hyundai i30 Fastback N, which will compete this year under the Team VERTU banner.

EXCELR8 will also look to defend the MINI CHALLENGE crown having already confirmed the return of former Cooper champion Tom Ovenden as part of a multi-car entry.

The ongoing support of Diamondbrite will ensure that EXCELR8 continues to lead the way in the BTCC paddock when it comes to presentation, with the Kent-based company providing the team with a wide range of car care products.

New for 2025 will be Diamondbrite Graphene Pro Detailer, a technological leap in professional detailing providing up to six months protection.

These award-winning and innovative products have been developed using industry-leading technology and utilise more than 30 years of experience gained since Diamondbrite was founded in 1990.

The comprehensive range – which is used across the motor, leisure, motorcycle and marine industries – is proudly manufactured in-house in the UK, with Diamondbrite now distributed across the world to a global market.

As well as using Diamondbrite products both at the circuit and in the workshop, EXCELR8 will continue to make the same products available to BTCC race fans throughout the year, and will carry Diamondbrite branding on its race cars.

Justina Williams, EXCELR8 Team Owner, said:
“We are delighted that our partnership with Diamondbrite will continue into a third season in 2025 on the back of two successful years together. The support we get from the Diamondbrite team and access to their products helps to make sure that we always look our best, and it shouldn’t be underestimated how important that is when we have various commercial partners who we are representing.”

Lance Boseley, Diamondbrite Marketing Director, said:
“We have been delighted with how the partnership with EXCELR8 has developed in recent years and have enjoyed plenty of success together both on and off track. It has enabled us to put Diamondbrite products firmly in front of a passionate audience of race fans and we look forward to working with the team to grow further during the year ahead.”
