Treatments for minor dents & scratches, as well tyre & alloy care

Quarterly Inspections
The plan will provide 4 quarterly maintenance inspections per annum. These checks will comprise of a cleanse and visual check on the items listed in below, to ascertain whether these items require any treatments and if a treatment can be applied.
• Bonnet
• Boot
• Front bumper
• Rear bumper
• All exterior door panels
• All quarter panels
• Condition of all wing mirror casings

Treatments / Repairs
During the inspection, if our maintenance agent identifies a cosmetic treatment need for your vehicle’s bodywork (within a 30cm diameter on a single panel), as specified in the Terms and Conditions, we will provide the necessary treatments up to the lesser of:
• £1,000 per maintenance event
• £3,000 for the duration of the agreement.
Treatments/repairs will be provided if due to usage the bodywork has suffered deterioration in the form of minor stone chips or other debris marks, surface scuffs, scrapes, scratches or other minor indentations, from the start date up to the expiry date stated in the schedule (excluding the first 30 days).
All treatments are guaranteed for the lifetime of your ownership of the vehicle.
Treatments not included
• Any maintenance treatment request which was not completed during the period specified in the schedule.
• The costs relating to losses normally covered under a comprehensive road risks insurance policy (whether or not an excess applies) or losses resulting from a road traffic accident to the vehicle.
• As a result of fire or theft of the vehicle.
• Any treatments to the bonnet or boot (other than surface scratches and stone chips).
• Any treatments to the roof.
• Where the required treatment area in a single request for a single panel is greater than 30cm.
• Where the body panel is ripped, perforated or torn.
• Where the bumper or wing mirror casings are cracked.
• Beading, moulding or unpainted plastic panels, accessories, door mouldings, wing mirror glass, window mouldings, lights of any sort or any window panel.
• General wear and tear, deterioration, oxidisation, hail, corrosion, neglect or a defect.
• Any loss of use of your vehicle or any additional costs related to the maintenance or inspection events of any kind.
