#RateMyWash Competition Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older, except employees of Diamondbrite and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
Post a photo of their clean vehicle (car, caravan, motorhome, motorcycle, etc.) alongside the Diamondbrite products used, in the comments under the competition announcement post on Diamondbrite’s Facebook page.
Tag one friend in their post.
Use the hashtag #RateMyWash in their post.
Entries must be made by midnight on 28th February.
Entry Requirements:
Multiple entries from the same person are allowed, provided each entry features a different vehicle.
Entries must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material.
Prizes: The winner will receive a Diamondbrite Hero Pack worth £54.99 and two full-hospitality tickets to a BTCC race event of their choice in 2024. Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen by the Diamondbrite Team based on criteria such as cleanliness, creativity, use of Diamondbrite products. The decision will be made on 29th February and the decision is final.
Notification:
The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook within 1 day of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Social Media:
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Diamondbrite and not to any other party. Right to Cancel or Amend:
Diamondbrite reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Diamondbrite’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Diamondbrite.
Data Protection:
By entering this competition, you agree that Diamondbrite may use your personal details for the purpose of conducting the competition, including the use of your name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without payment or consideration unless prohibited by law.
Liability:
Diamondbrite cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Diamondbrite is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines, or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the competition.
