After 27 intense races, Jake Hill (Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport) and Tom Ingram (Team BRISTOL STREET MOTORS), both proudly sponsored by Diamondbrite, found themselves locked in an unprecedented tie at the top of the standings. It’s rare in any sport to witness such a close fight, but to have two of our drivers going head-to-head for the title made this season extra special for all of us.
Jake and Tom have shown incredible grit, determination, and focus throughout the season, pushing themselves and their cars to the limit in pursuit of the ultimate prize. With both drivers tied at 365 points heading into the final weekend at Brands Hatch, the anticipation was off the charts. And the fact that both of these championship contenders were part of the Diamondbrite family filled us with immense pride.
In the end, Jake Hill emerged victorious, securing his maiden BTCC title in front of a passionate crowd at the iconic Brands Hatch circuit.
