Returns & Replacements
Online Orders can be cancelled up to 7 days upon reciept of goods. You must notify Jewelultra Ltd within 7 days of receipt that you are planning to return the products. Product must be returned to Jewelultra Ltd within 28 working days. The returned products must be unused & in a resaleable state. Any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned in their original box. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Damage in Transit
After leaving the distribution centre all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage. If you do not receive your order in perfect condition, please retain all packaging and make a comment on the delivery note, before you open the package to examine the contents. If you were unable to open and inspect the package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as “unable to inspect goods on delivery” or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming. For goods over £500 we require that damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. All other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.
When placing an order, items will be added to your shopping basket. As you select your product, stock levels will be indicated and, if an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be sent an email when the item comes back in stock. You will not be charged for any items selected that are not in stock at the time of purchase. Orders placed after 2.00pm will be processed the following working day.
